These incredible fabrics are hand dyed by India Flint. India is an artist and a writer specializing in bio-regional ecologically sustainable plant dyes. Thankyou also to the Yass Woollen Mill for their pure merino fabric called "Milky Merino", this fabric is something special !!!
The other exciting new thing that is happening is that we have had the pleasure of meeting Renske Carbone who is working on dying natural yarns with 100% natural dyes - no nasties! These yarns will then be woven by the Yass Woollen Mill. For those allergy sufferers out there this will be a fantastic fabric!!! The picture below shows some "sampling" done on pure merino wool - gorgeous colours - yum.
